Top should be golden brown. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting. May be served warm or cold.
Dust with cinnamon, confectioners sugar or whatever! Serve with fresh fruit, or a slice or two of really good bacon.
Top with grated cheese and plain low fat yogurt (a healthier alternative to sour cream).
